Alan is a successful consultant, coach, writer and entrepreneur. He holds a number of coaching and professional qualifications but believes that the best qualification is experience. Alan has coached and worked in ‘trusted advisor’ roles at the highest level in major financial institutions in the city, primarily at CXO level.
Alan has over 15 years of experience in investment banking and consultancy including senior roles at Deutsche Bank, UBS, Santander, HSBC, MAPartners and Detica. Unlike many coaches, Alan also has in-depth knowledge and experience from within the industry.
During his leisure time, Alan enjoys playing golf. He also enjoys many other sports including tennis, badminton, squash, skiing and football. Alan is a strong believer in always learning and enjoying life, he continually practices his languages reading in either French or German rather than his native English and is just starting to learn Spanish.

Isabelle is a successful Life Coach, Consultant, writer and Nutritional Advisor. She holds a Life Coaching Diploma from the Complementary Health Education Institute. She also trained with the Coaching Academy.
Isabelle also worked for more than 8 years as a Management Consultant for a large American Consultancy firm. She has a Business Degree and graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Paris (ESCP-EAP).
During her time off, Isabelle regularly practices Tai-Chi , Kyokushin Karate and loves walking her dog in the beautiful Derbyshire Dales. Isabelle is also very active in her voluntary work (fundraising for the children’s school PTA and organizing regular community events). Above all, she takes time to enjoy her family and her friends.
Our Trusted Associates
From time to time we use trusted associates on engagements.
Associates (contractors) come and go and for that reason coupled with the fact that there are so many in our ‘associate pool’ we don’t maintain credentials profiles for associates on our website.
We prefer to work directly with clients wherever possible and tend to use associates for larger team engagements or for temporary cover if needed.
For solo assignments where we feel someone else (e.g. a trusted associate) is better suited than we are we will simply refer the client to that associate at no cost and taking no payment from either the client or the associate (as we have done on a few occasions) – i.e. a good old fashioned and simple recommendation.
